What does it take.. To be JUST Happy...?

Part-I

"What does take....To be JUST Happy...?" There is a query that blinks in our mind time to time. We don't find any answer. So, we just get busy in our daily routine. In stead of getting the answer and make ourself Happy.

 There is very good answer. Getting the thing we yearn for makes us Happy. But, after being owner of the thing ,we come again back to pre-happy state.

 Now, Research tells us that I'ts only a chemical that makes us happy.
A chemical.... !!! WTF...!!!
If we produce the chemical and market get flooded of that, India will get a solution of population problem for sure and It will be a big problem for European countries who have problem of low population.

Today, I saw old ad of Bajaj Scooter and it refreshed my memories of the day when my family got a scooter. My family was registering it's name from lower middle class to middle class. My father was happy. I was more happy. I was just 12 year old boy and was very happy. Now, Thinking of that day, I feel like my happiness sensitivity has reduced. For non-engineering background people. I'll give the equation.

Assets = Whatever you own.

Happiness = Change in Assets.

Happiness sensitivity = Change in Happiness / Change in your assets.

Now, This gives me a very good relation between Happiness sensitivity and age.

This is very simple to observe that nobody is happy with his present state of assets. From childhood, change in life makes one happy and amount of changes reduces drastically as age increases. That makes life constant and results in zero happiness.

  3. Nice work dude..
    I don't say that I don't agree with yr equations but I have a small query..I have seen very elderly people getting really happy (big change in happiness) for really small things ..for example...you help an elderly woman cross a road and just smile at her(change in assets is small because because what she gained physically was small). So according to yr equations her happiness sensitivity is very high despite her old age.... why ???

    So what i think is that happiness != change in assets. Rather happiness = change in level of satisfaction and the person who is really satisfied in life is really the happiest..

    But ya ..this is just what I feel..I may be wrong..

    Nyways nice post man ..really liked it.
